Responsibilities:
- Interviewing management and stakeholders
- Assists in client communication pertaining to specific assignments or meetings
- Creating reports, presentations, white papers, briefs, and other deliverables
- Build project plans and budgets
- Performs other duties as requested
Education & Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA or other Master's degree in a business-related subject area OR 2 years of work experience in management consulting or any relevant business area including operations, marketing, finance, IT, or human resources
- Applies practical knowledge through progressive experience to resolve issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel statistical analysis capability
- Sound problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
- Quick learner, innovative thinker with leadership skills and attributes
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Effective project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
