What We're Looking For:
This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for leading key financial processes and providing leadership to members of the accounting team.

Responsibilities:
  • Leads key financial processes that serve the business
  • Leads general ledger review, assessment, and reconciliation of accounts
  • Serves as financial liaison for company projects including systems and software integration
  • Supports due diligence and integration efforts for acquisitions
  • Prepares monthly project invoicing for complex situations and key clients
  • Supports Joint Venture accounting administration and management
  • Interacts with and supports client project administration, revenue recognition, and reviews.
  • Audits key employee benefits activity including company stock and incentive programs
  • Manages the hiring and development of staff including coaching and mentorship
  • Facilitates a collaborative work environment and advances initiatives that support a positive workplace culture
  • Perform other duties as required


Education & Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited program
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, preferred
  • 10-15 years minimum experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong Microsoft Excel/Office Suite skills
  • BST and Power BI experience, a plus
  • Able to extract, compile and provide interpretive data analytics
  • Leverage and adopt new technologies that support the business strategy
  • Assess and lead changes to internal procedures as business adapts to changing environments
  • Work independently pursuing project completion
