Barge Design Solutions is currently seeking to fill the position of Commercial Aviation Lead that will be responsible for growth and development of our Commercial Aviation Practice, as well as client management and business development for Commercial Service Airports.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight and leadership of Barge Design Solutions' Commercial Aviation Practice, facilitating a collaborative work environment and advancing initiatives that support a positive workplace culture.
- Building Barge Design Solutions' network and relationships in the commercial aviation industry.
- Commercial Aviation growth strategy development and implementation
- Client service and business development in the commercial aviation market
- Collaborating with team members, client representatives, review agencies to resolve a variety of complex problems
- Demonstrates strong leadership and time management skills; works independently on multiple tasks without immediate supervision
- Builds and maintains excellent interpersonal relationships
- Travel required with occasional overnight
Education & Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Civil Engineering or aviation related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Commercial Aviation market
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
