Talent Acquisition Lead, HR Business Partner

What We're Looking For:
Barge Design Solutions, Inc. is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead within the HR team located in Atlanta, GA, or Nashville, TN. This position is a strategic partner who leads the design and implementation of talent acquisition processes and manages recruiting partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to implement and continuously improve talent acquisition processes and candidate experience
  • Creates and implements job distribution and marketing strategy to optimize applicant flow
  • Utilizes analytics to evaluate and adjust strategy and tactics, including programmatic advertising, search engine optimization, advertising campaigns, and other innovative job distribution tools
  • Leads and manages the optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), to ensure engagement of active and passive candidates
  • Clearly communicates our Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand messages and partners with Marketing & Communications and appropriate vendors to maintain marketing collateral and careers website
  • Develops a company-wide talent pipeline and strategic approach to attract candidates for all positions
  • Collaborates with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Organizes university relations program including career fairs and special student events
  • Partners with Diversity and Inclusion Council to develop and implement diversity recruiting strategies to build a diverse, high potential pipeline for leadership positions
  • Researches and builds relationships with key organizations such as universities and professional organizations
  • Establishes processes and trains staff on best practices in selection
  • Establishes and implements processes for maintaining records on recruiting activities as required

The HRBP will partner with business leaders to support and drive a positive employee experience in assigned business units or functions. HR Business Partner responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Partners with assigned business units to align HR process and employee experience strategy for business unit approach and success
  • Provides coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretations and application; talent management and development; culture initiatives, and organizational design consultation
  • Supports hiring managers on talent acquisition needs


Education & Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five years of experience in Human Resources required, Sr. Recruiting or Talent Acquisition Leadership experience, preferred
  • Engineering/Architecture Consulting Industry, a plus
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, Cornerstone OnDemand, a plus
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives at one time
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
